No Cruising Zone
Turumeke Harrington (Kāi Tahu, Rangitāne), returns to Stoddart Cottage Gallery to curate an exhibition of Ōhinehou artists, titled NO CRUISING ZONE.
Turumeke describes the exhibition as ‘loose musings’ on our small Port Town and the physical environment of Whakaraupō, to which the exhibition title playfully alludes. Turumeke brings together a group of friends in collaboration, providing conversation between the artists and artworks, as well as insight into relationships, place and time.
